Jason Henderson, Founder, CEO

Master Chief Special Operator (SEAL) Jason Henderson retired in 2020 having served 30+ years in the US Navy. After completing 16 combat deployments, “Hendo” evolved from combat veteran to philanthropist. He adapted battlefield tactics into de-escalation of force techniques utilizing critical thinking, emotional intelligence and stress mitigation that will enhance the performance of law enforcement agencies worldwide. “Hendo” is the CEO of Henderson Security Consultancy LLC and has earned Black belts in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Judo. Hendo is a Naval Special Operations combatives instructor, small arms instructor, range safety officer, breaching instructor and Breatheology Master Instructor specializing in post-traumatic- stress management.

Andrew Leftt, Board Chairman

Currently serving as our Board Chairman, Andrew Leftt is a tough, street smart New York City trial lawyer. Born and raised in New York City, he spent years as a first responder on the front lines of NYC’s war on drugs, rampant crime, the AIDS epidemic, storms, floods, almost every kind of trauma, and Ground Zero. Now, he brings that real life experience to the courtrooms, where his efficient, relentless, and entertaining style keeps jurors enthralled with his cases. Having grown up at Kingsway Boxing in Times Square, Andrew is now a student at the Marcelo Garcia Academy where he has trained for many years in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Dave McGrew

Dave McGrew is a member of the Chicago Police Department currently assigned to the 6th District as a supervisor of the district intelligence team. Sergeant McGrew was previously assigned to 3rd District directly supervising watch officers as they preserve law and order by enforcing laws and regulations on a daily basis. Directing officers, together they managed potentially violent and disruptive situations with tact and professionalism. Providing first level supervisor direction to watch officers investigating criminal activity and incidents; coordinating crime scene control, investigations, interviews and collection of physical evidence. Previously, McGrew served with; Organized Crime Narcotics Division, Area 1/Central Saturation Team, Area 1/Central P.S.N. Gun Team, and Targeted Response Unit. Dave took an active role in a federally funded Protect Safe Neighborhoods (PSN) Gun Team, in charge of conducting short-term investigations in conjunction with the FBI.

Dom Raso

Dom Raso is a Veteran Chief Special Operator (SEAL) with 12 years active duty combat experience. He has had the privilege of executing hundreds of missions. After transitioning out of the military he founded DYNAMIS ALLIANCE a company dedicated to research and development of tier one equipment, apparel, and training to lead the modern day warrior. DYNAMIS is the Greek word meaning “the will to fight”…this was a mindset forged during his experiences before during and after his military career that he wants to share with the world.

Dave Camarillo, Instructor

Dave is a 4th degree Black belt in Guerrilla Jiu Jitsu and 3rd degree Black belt in Judo. He is a world champion mixed martial arts coach and has been training Special Operations and Law Enforcement for over a decade worldwide. Dave is also a combat shooting coach in pistol and rifle. He is a “Collective” Range Safety Officer for small arms. In addition to the Collective, Dave serves as Founder/CEO of Guerrilla Jiu Jitsu/Guerrilla Combatives

Conan Silveira, Instructor

Conan Silveira is a 6th degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and a 4th Degree Black Belt in Judo. “Conan” is a multi-time world champion mixed martial arts coach and combatives instructor for Law Enforcement and Special Operations forces worldwide. In addition to the Collective, Conan serves as the Founder/Head Coach of American Top Team.

Gustavo Pinheiro Machado, Instructor

Gustavo Pinheiro Machado is a 5th degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Gustavo is a champion BJJ sport coach and Master Trainer/developer in self-defense, hand-to-hand combat, prisoner handling, and defensive tactics. Some of the many organizations where he taught include Navy SEALS, Army Special Forces, U.S. Marshals, Police officers, Sheriff Deputies, FBI HRT, and Parole Officers. In addition to the Collective, Guga serves as the Founder/CEO of Gustavo Machado Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
